📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and graphics, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage and grow our social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on increasing followers and engagement.
• Conduct regular social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies using Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our overall marketing goals.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a strong community around our brand.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Assist in the development of social media guidelines and best practices for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
