📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high standards of service and operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations and guest services.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
