As a Control Room Operator (Panel Man), you'll be responsible for monitoring and controlling the distillation process, ensuring that all parameters are within the specified range. You'll work closely with the production team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and you'll be responsible for maintaining detailed records of the distillation process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control the patchouli oil distillation process using advanced control systems such as PLC and SCADA.
• Ensure that all operational parameters are within the specified range, and take corrective action if any deviations are detected.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the distillation process.
• Maintain detailed records of the distillation process, including production data, operational parameters, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of the distillation process.
• Provide technical support to the production team, and assist in the training of new operators.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the essential oil or chemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of control systems, including PLC and SCADA.
• Strong understanding of the patchouli oil distillation process and the factors that affect its outcome.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering, process control, or a related discipline.
