📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store display, ensuring products are presented attractively.,Stock and manage inventory levels, ordering new merchandise as needed.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Perform daily store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
