Sehati Lestari Health Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition and compliant with health and safety regulations. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment and infrastructure.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and upgrades.,Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.,Conduct regular facility inspections and assessments.,Manage and maintain facility records and documentation.,Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff.,Work with the facility management team to plan and implement facility improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related role.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.,Experience with building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with facility management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
