Go Up Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our growing organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for open positions.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract passive candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong understanding of Indonesian job market and local labor laws.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with social media and online job boards for recruitment purposes.,Certifications in recruitment-related fields are a plus.
