Global Cargo is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Counter professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assist with inventory management and stock control.,Promote and upsell products and services to customers.,Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of the sales counter for events and promotions.,Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
