📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security across the resort.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve the resort's objectives and goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with resort management software and systems is an advantage.
