📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
