📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the branch's budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback and support their development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the branch's performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
