We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Logistics Head to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and a proven track record of success in similar roles. This position is based in Bali, Indonesia, with opportunities to work in various locations across the island.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management, and drive innovation within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations, including inventory, warehouse, and transportation logistics.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently, including to remote locations, as required by the role.
