📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.,Manage and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and maintain strong relationships.,Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to optimize stock management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on procurement activities and performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and material planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and material planning, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and relationship management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
