Royal Space Abadi is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shop, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop,Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-stocked shop,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges,Promote products and special offers to customers,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets,Monitor shop inventory and report any shortages to the manager,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer and office software,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds,Must be able to work remote and have a reliable internet connection
