📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu exciting and fresh.,Ensure high-quality ingredients are used and that all pastries meet our standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.,Familiarity with remote work tools and equipment.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry making.
