📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Coordinate with team members to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Report production progress and issues to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
