LAMANSUA Abadi is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team in Mempawah. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and wants to make a difference. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participate in procurement strategy meetings and provide input on procurement-related issues.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
