Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Work closely with the management team to achieve company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Knowledge of industry best practices and standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
