In this role, you will perform a variety of microbiological tests, including but not limited to, bacterial and fungal cultures, yeast and mold counts, and water and soil analysis. You will use advanced laboratory equipment such as microscopes, incubators, and spectrophotometers. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our products and supporting our ongoing research projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and specialized microbiological tests including bacterial and fungal cultures, yeast and mold counts, and water and soil analysis.
• Use advanced laboratory equipment such as microscopes, incubators, and spectrophotometers to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Record and document test results and maintain laboratory records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support research initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and methodologies.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in microbiology and laboratory techniques to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably in a quality control or research environment.
• Certification in microbiological testing and quality control (e.g., ISO 17025, AQC, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as microscopes, incubators, spectrophotometers, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
