📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and supplier networks in Bali.
