📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Lead and mentor a team of commis chefs, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Plan and prepare daily menus, considering dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.,Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources to minimize waste and control costs.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.,Train and develop new commis chefs, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
