📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement academic programs aligned with industry standards and institutional goals.
• Oversee curriculum development, including course design, syllabus updates, and assessment tools.
• Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and practical learning experiences.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth academic operations.
• Represent the program at academic conferences and professional development workshops.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in the relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership or program management.
• Proven track record in curriculum development and academic program management.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using academic management software such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
