📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures, and that they are following them.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain accurate records of team performance and attendance.,Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
