📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned department,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports,Assist in training and developing junior staff,Maintain a positive and productive work environment,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with HR management and best practices,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Good understanding of business operations and processes,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
