📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and venue setup.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all event details are accurately recorded and communicated to the team.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist in the preparation of event materials, such as invitations, menus, and program books.,Support the Banquet Manager in the preparation of event budgets and financial reports.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or catering environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
