📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain electronic devices for clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients' staff on the use and maintenance of electronic devices.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities for record-keeping and future reference.
• Work collaboratively with clients' teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic devices into their operations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic devices and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Provide on-site support to clients as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to their business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an EDC Technician or similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic devices, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment terminals, and other related equipment.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients' staff.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different working environments and schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support.
• Certification in electronic device maintenance and repair is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools used in the hospitality and tourism sector.
