📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings and payments.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting and tax regulations, and implement changes as needed.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
