• Act as the primary liaison between corporate management and the factory floor, ensuring seamless operations.
• Coordinate production schedules and manage inventory using ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Facilitate communication with international partners using Mandarin, fostering strong relationships.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise on the factory floor, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production progress and quality metrics to corporate management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the factory floor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Factory Key Representative or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
