📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.,Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Mentor and support junior designers in the team.,Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into design solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects.,Experience with design systems and component libraries.,Understanding of user-centered design principles.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
