📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to sales team members.,Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
