Central Star Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual fleet reports.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the organization of fleet-related meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
