📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proven track record of success in financial management and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
