๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring efficient and safe production.
- Monitor and maintain production records, including batch and process data, to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Operator or similar role in the chemical industry.
- Proven experience with chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and process control software, such as Wonderware or Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and ISO standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work.
